Jesus speaks of a strong circle of relationships between himself, his disciples, the Father and the Holy Spirit. As Jesus continues to manifest himself to his disciples, they will understand that they live in him and live in the Father as well

In this circle of love, it is not possible for Jesus to abandon his disciples. Jesus had said, "I will not leave you orphaned; I am coming to you. In a little while the world will no longer see me, but you will see me; because I live, you also will live. Those who love me will be loved by my Father, and I will love them and reveal myself to them."

Guide for Reflection:

  1. Reflect upon a time when you were actively loving others. How did your actions change you? How did the change affect the way you view the world?

  2. Have you seen or experience someone suffering from depression, experiencing the absence of God then try to encircle that person with loving friendship.

  3. Consider the harmful actions around you, how did it affect you and your relationship with God and others?
