Would you like to become part of OLM's new Meditation Garden? As you have probably noticed, work has already begun behind the Parish Center at 15 Elmwood Drive. The weeds have all been removed, a sprinkler system has been installed, and a beautiful new redwood fence is replacing the old fence that was falling apart. Pat and Marc Haeger, the mother and son artist team who made our church's lovely windows, are now involved in making the Stations of the Cross that will become a focal point of the Meditation Garden. As you have seen in our church vestibule's bulletin board, the Stations have been sponsored by parishioners.
We invite those of you who would like to help sponsor the garden to participate in the Memorial Brick Project that will help pave the walkways of the entire area.
Each brick will be laser-engraved and can be personalized with the name of a loved one or perhaps a short prayer, blessing or thanksgiving.
The cost of commissioning a 4" x 8" brick is $100.00.
